Hi, I'm Arturs, a certified personal trainer from Latvia with one core belief: always help others. This value, instilled by my grandmother, shapes everything I do.
What started as a love for fitness became my calling when I saw people struggling in gyms, unsure where to begin. Becoming a trainer gave me the chance to make that difference.
